The minimum order value for orders is € 20,00 including VAT without forwarding charges.

Items held in stock will usually be dispatched within three working days after receiving the order. Deliveries abroad will be dispatched within three days after receipt of payment. If an ordered item is currently unavailable, we will endeavour to deliver it as soon as possible. The buyer may withdraw from the contract provided the delay in delivery is more than 2 months over the agreed delivery date. Delivery dates are not binding until Rosina Wachtmeister Shop Becker & Musumeci GmbH has confirmed a specified date for the delivery.

Damage claims resulting from late or non-delivery, also such delays that allow order cancellation will not be accepted unless a representative of Rosina Wachtmeister Shop Becker & Musumeci GmbH or a person whom it uses to perform its obligation has caused this deliberately or was gross negligent.

Quoted prices, unless otherwise agreed upon, are based on the price list valid at the time date of delivery of the goods and exclude postage and packing charges. All prices are including VAT with VAT rates depending on the type of the item.

Please note that deliveries to foreign countries may be subject to additional custom fees. As a matter of principle, customs fees are the responsiblity of the customer.

The risk passes over to the purchaser as soon as the consignment has been passed over to the person carrying out the transportation or has left the premises of Rosina Wachtmeister Shop Becker & Musumeci GmbH or its supplier for the purpose of shipment. If the dispatch is delayed at the purchaser’s request, the risk passes over to him upon his being informed of the readiness of shipment.

The type of dispatch as well as the carrier will be determined by Rosina Wachtmeister Shop Becker & Musumeci GmbH. Forwarding charges inside Germany are € 4.80 per order. Orders exceeding the amount of € 80.00 will have no additional postage charge. Rosina Wachtmeister Shop Becker & Musumeci GmbH reserves the right to make partial shipments when deemed desirable in the interest of speedy order handling. Special delivery requests by the customer will be charged at standard local and reasonable costs.

Delivery of our goods to foreign countries is possible, in that case, however, payment of the goods is required in advance or by Paypal.

Becker & Musumeci GmbH shall bear the main part of the forwarding charges.

Using the SEPA Credit Transfer form for payments in Euro ensures you to save fees for transactions abroad. We will be happy to provide a pro forma invoice, if needed.

Deliveries outside Germany will be charged according to the valid price list of Deutsche Post AG or UPS or any other appropriate carriers.

Deliveries inside Germany made against invoice are due for payment within 14 days (creditworthiness is taken for granted!) or by Paypal. We reserve the right to supply against cash on delivery or advance payment.
